Waitlist privacy notice
What we collect and why.
This notice covers the Off Market alpha waitlist. It was last updated on July 14, 2026.
Information you give us
We collect the email you use to join. Signup does not ask for a wallet address, social handle, wallet connection, signature, or deposit.
Information recorded with a signup
We record the page version, acquisition source, consent-notice version, submission time, and time to submit. Your internet address is used for short rate limiting but is not written into the waitlist record. The hosting provider may retain it in infrastructure logs under its own policy.
How we use it
We use the email to confirm your signup and send alpha-access updates. We use the route and source to understand which message brought people to the waitlist. Waitlist updates will include a way to opt out.
Analytics
We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to count page visits and waitlist signups in aggregate. It runs in cookieless mode: no cookies, no local storage, no session replay, no keystroke recording, and no cross-site tracking. Analytics requests stay on the offmarket.cx domain and are forwarded to PostHog servers in the United States.
Retention and sharing
We retain waitlist records for up to 12 months after collection unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We use Vercel to host the site, Supabase to store waitlist records, Resend to deliver waitlist email, and PostHog to measure aggregate site usage. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for third-party advertising.
Deletion and questions
Email hello@offmarket.cx to request deletion or ask a privacy question. We may ask you to confirm control of the email address before deleting its waitlist record.
